Description

Fun puffy paint to create an amazing 3D luminous effect for your craft projects

How to use: Create any drawings and leave the paint dry for 30 minutes. For puffy effects, add heat with a hair dryer (1200W and above) about 2cm from your artwork. Use a higher wattage dryer for incredible 3D effects.

Note: The paint will only puff up if sufficient heat is applied. If the tube gets stuck after using it for some time, use a toothpick to loosen the blockage.
